Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible, products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received.
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified of its approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Sale Items

Items purchased at promotional or discounted prices are regarded as final sale and are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We are able to replace items only in the case of defect or damage.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the customer will bear the cost of shipping to the customer’s address.
  • For high-value returns (above R 1,500), we recommend the use of a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
