Order Processing
Local and International orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders will then be handed over to a courier company to complete delivery to your address.
During peak periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.
South African Deliveries
• Processing time: Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment is received.
• Local courier delivery: After processing, it takes 3 business days for your order to reach you.
• Free delivery on orders over R1,500 anywhere in South Africa
International Deliveries
Our online store will present you with a shipping quote at checkout. Please note that all orders require you to pay Delivery Duties and Taxes.
• Processing time: 2 business days after payment is received.
