At The Gentleman’s Beard Club, every order is handled with the same care and precision with which our products are crafted. We work exclusively with trusted door-to-door couriers to ensure your purchase arrives securely, swiftly, and in immaculate condition.
Once your parcel leaves our care, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey, with regular updates until it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Local and International orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders will then be handed over to a courier company to complete delivery to your address.
During peak periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.
South African Deliveries
We partner with Bob Go for all local deliveries.
• Processing time: Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment is received.
• Local courier delivery: After processing, it takes 3 business days for your order to reach you.
• Free delivery on orders over R1,500 anywhere in South Africa.
• Orders under R1,500 carry a fee with many options to choose from.
International Deliveries
Our online store will present you with a shipping quote at checkout. Please note that all orders are shipped Delivery Duty and Tax Paid, meaning you won't need to pay for duties/ taxes or import fees as we have covered these for you.
• Processing time: 2 business days after payment is received.
• Delivery time: After the above processing, it takes approximately 10 business days for your order to reach you.
