2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through the secure options provided (credit/debit card, EFT, or approved third-party payment gateways).
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary (e.g., stock availability, payment issues, or suspected misuse).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from Johannesburg, South Africa.
  • We aim to process and dispatch within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but may vary depending on courier performance and location.
  • Once your order is handed to the courier, responsibility for timely delivery rests with the courier service.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied in their country.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of grooming products, returns are accepted only if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@thegentlemansbeard.club.
  • Approved returns will either be replaced with the correct item or refunded in full (via the original method of payment).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Product Use & Responsibility

Our formulations are crafted with care and tested for quality. However, results may vary between individuals. We are not liable for reactions that may arise due to allergies or sensitivities. Please review ingredient lists carefully before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All content on this site—including names, logos, images, product descriptions, packaging design, and branding—is the property of The Gentleman’s Beard Club. It may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
